Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all 
sales of digital products are final and non-refundable 
once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

This includes:

- Templates and Document Downloads
- Script Packs and Guides
- Bundles and Packages

EXCEPTIONS

We will issue a full refund if:
- You were charged but did not receive access to 
  your product
- The product file is corrupted or unusable
- You were charged twice for the same order
