1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — All products are digital downloads delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.

2. SINGLE-AGENT LICENSE — All templates are licensed for single agent use only. Resale, redistribution, or sharing of files is strictly prohibited.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY — All products remain the intellectual property of Flow Form Co. Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal business use only.

4. NO REFUNDS — Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for file issue resolution.

5. ACCURACY — Templates are provided as professional starting points. Flow Form Co is not responsible for outcomes resulting from use of our products.
